I know there are a few different versions of Megan, as indicated by which Sundance she came with. I remember back when we were just getting started with internet sales and the foreign markets became a thing we could get excited about due to the new versions and characters we could find. Regarding Megan, I know the UK version had a pretty outfit with the apron over the main outfit and the ones I have seen are decorated with bows. I have a very vague memory of a German version of her, Annabelle?, that was similar but her outfit is just a bit different. I'm trying to place if I'm remembering that correctly or not. My Megan (which I got from back in those days and probably got fairly reasonably priced) has the basic UK outfit but her apron has flowers and butterflies on it. Everything looks authentic and I know I didn't make anything for her. Does anyone else remember something along those lines? This would've been close to 20 years ago at this point, and I didn't make any notes to include with her to give me any further information to go on. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

After many years of debate, I think I have finally gotten to the point of finding new homes for my collection. Most are from my childhood and yes, I'm a child of the MLP era! I remember buying them in stores and getting them as gifts for birthdays and holidays. I took VERY GOOD care of my ponies and most, with only a couple exceptions, are in fantastic condition. This decision comes from the fact they have been packed away in totes for years, literally! I love them, but I want them to be appreciated, and I know my kids would have no interest and I don't want them to just be dumped at Goodwill when I'm gone. What I need input about is this...while I kept everything, stickers, backcards, combs, brushes, ribbons, etc...they aren't necessarily all together. I did keep a list of what baby pony items came with which pony, so I could match the exact ring toy/xylophone/other to the right pony (I just have to find the lists!), so I know I can put the full sets back together. The only exceptions to that would be the ponies I added to my childhood collection, and the accessories for them. That being said (yes, I was that anal retentive as a young person!), is it better to try to put all the sets together, or just sell things as I find them but with the tag of "this goes to xxxx pony?" Also, I am planning to got to the MD meet in April, as I want to sell as much off recorded paypal services as possible. I do have playsets, including Paradise Estate and the UK Kitchen and Schoolhouse, although I'm still going through to see if there is anything I really do want to keep for me. I can't possibly take everything, though. What is going to be best to try to take for in person, vs what is fine with on line? Depending on how much time I have to devote, I'll do what I can for getting items ready for sale...I have moved a couple times, so I need to find where things ended up. It will just be helpful to have an idea of where my energy can be best spent prior to the end of April.

I'm going through my loose ponies, trying to get them cleaned up and priced, and I ran across Minty I, BUT I sorta remember something about her hoof heart. Most pics I see of her do not show a hoof heart, implying there wasn't one or it's on the other side. My Minty has the hoof heart on her display side, so I wanted to get some clarification on that. Which version is she really? Thanks!

I have my custom Rapunzel, and she needs to have her hair accessories! I would like to get a variety of the I Luv You barrettes for a hair style idea, and I also would like to get some of the pretty ups. I would be interested in any, although I think the Seashore set would be my first preference. I would look at loose or MIB. Any help I can get would be appreciated! She is ready for her special display space, and I'd love to get her hair all prettied up, too! I am working with a budget, so I can't go too crazy. I am willing to trade, if anyone is looking for anything or would be interested in anything on my sales list. http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,391578.0.htmlSquirtsquirt

Ebay has been more than a let down in this search, as no one is answering my questions regarding if the mechanism still works that retracts the tail or not. As this will be for a custom, hair cuts, dirt, marks, etc aren't an issue. My main concerns are a non-destroyed body (ie not chewed or missing limbs or ears!), as well as a working Brush n Grow mechanism. Anyone?? Squirtsquirt

So my brilliant idea for a custom involves a BnG...I had a body, we actually detached the mechanism, but unfortunately I have no idea what happened to that after the divorce. I'd still like to see if I can get my custom girl made, and I'm not artistic, so commissioning someone is fine with me! I'm not sure if I want to stick to the BnG idea, though. I know those tend to be tricky and probably most haven't bothered to mess around with them. So, I wanted some feedback if anyone has worked with them, and then I can maybe move to my next step to seeing my dream girl come into being! Thanks!

I finally broke down and listed my MOC Argentina Skyflier, MOC Dutch Baby Cat and my 2 MOC baby pony outfits (elephant and lion). Honestly, I may regret the baby pony, BUT...I don't collect MOC and they have just been literally shoved here and there for the last few years. With no job prospects for a while, I also need the money for living expenses, so why not, right? I have also listed some loose LPS sets as a lot and two lots of Little Pretty kitties and one puppy. Take a look and see if there is anything of interest. The auctions should be running through 8/17. https://www.ebay.com/sch/catsmeow_4_me/m.html?item=333682160112&ssPageName=STRK%3AMESELX%3AIT&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

So I have two sets that I am ready to part with, but I'm not sure what a good price range would be.
I have the Lion and Sleepwear set and the Elephant and partywear set. Cards look good, although they aren't mint.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they are part of the 25th anniversary ponies, but I honestly am not sure which ones they are. I know people also call them the face tattoo ponies and such, but I don't know if they had another set name.
Anyone have pics for me? I have a ton of the 25th anniversary ponies I have to go through, and I need to get them sorted, but that was the one set I really wasn't sure about.
Thanks!

I asked in the corral, but they suggested I move this over here, so the "experts" have a chance to answer. So after thinking about it, I think I'm willing to pass these girls along. As much as I loved getting them, I just don't keep MOC ponies, because of lack of space. I sold most of my G1s when space became an issue, and I really only kept my original ponies. Any I bought when the internet opened the pony market...well, they were resold. That would include these girls. I know I have others, but these are the ones I have readily available for pics and questions. Ideas for values would be great. I'm going through the rest of what I have to sell for ponies, and I have a ton of the books from the G3 line. I'm just not sure if they are really worth listing individually or if I would be better off listing as a lot on eBay or something similar. I think they are cute, but I just can't keep everything after moving and losing storage space. Do people collect those or want them? Any ideas would be helpful!
