Is this removable?

There is an auction for a Daddy Meadowsweet that I'd like to bid on. He seems to be in good condition except for one thing. This:

Do you think it's removable with magic eraser or acetone?

100% pure acetone would probably take that right off - I used it to strip one of my old customs completely bare a few days ago. Make sure to wear gloves / eye protection and don't get it anywhere else!

I just tried to remove something similar from a Moondancer;  gold metallic puffy paint marker(?) using acetone.  Granted I did not scrub real hard or even soak it, but you can still clearly see its outline.

If you could get him at a decent price though, go for it!

I think it'll come off with acetone, just be careful you don't drip it onto his eyes. Does the auction description say what the mark is? Pain? Marker?

I doubt it'll come off completely- it'll stain the plastic underneath in a light pink probably as it bleeds into the plastic. ): If you're not too fussy a collector though then I'd say go to it (price depending!) x

here is a picture of mine after acetone remover.  Whatever it is seeped into the plastic.  I tried scrubbing a little more after initial post with no improvement
