not sure if this has already been posted or if I am allowed to post this link .
But I have just spotted some new pony images including Shining Armor and the Wedding Castle. Wooohooo!
And the Flower Girls not so -wooohooo as they are the core ponies and CMC in not so exciting bridesmaid dresses!

Its cool to see the pics of CMC as flowergirls or part of main 6 as bridesmaids. I wonder what the other 4 will look like as bridesmaids? I really like the CMC as bridesmaids--may have to get those when they come out.

Everytime I see this I love the castle a little less! The boy pony = good! And super happy for the effort HB but I dont want to shell out over £30 for a playset I dont want....
Of all the things on the toy fair list the "different" characters for brushables are probably what I am most excited about

I really like the way Shining Armor's hair looks in the pictures of the castle playset. It almost looks like mohair.

Ok there are a few very exciting things here! The most obvious being the castle set, finally a boy pony! And available in the US which a lot of us were worried about. The bridesmaid sets, I KNEW hasbro was going to do this. not surprised.
Interesting that the blindbags are called 'clipstrips' notice they say 3 waves will be available!! YES!!!

That's what I was most excited about! I'm so glad I don't have spend 3x the money to get them from overseas, just need to be patient!
What also excited me, is it says 18 standard ponies to be released! Obviously that means 6 main ones, 2 are cherry pie and diamond rose, but lets hope the other 10 are a few original ones too:D
I'm also really excited about daisy dreams and fluttershy as glimmer wings:)
Just wish we had some real photos from toyfair to look at!

don't get me wrong, i'm thrilled about the new set released, but i don't like how EVERY pony being released is about the wedding. haven't we heard enough about the royal wedding already? and now its in the pony world too? :/ i know some people are crazy about the royal wedding, but its just ...still going on?????
i kinda wish they'd have a little more variety instead of a whole wave of every pony being about the wedding.

Yeah, I thought the animal friends were a much cuter idea and a better deal for the consumer. I'm a little bummed they're not including them anymore. I have absolutely NO interest in a wedding invitation. I hope they go back to the little animals next year. Or at least something better.

It is a bit cheesy, isn't it? I'm thinking that the picture frame they show could be painted and have the "photo" changed and the floral arangement is kinda cute but I don't know what I'd do with the invites. What do you supose they will do next? After saddles/ wagons, suitcases and now this, I'm not sure what else there is. Baskets for the little animals? I wonder if Hasbro has it all planned out for waves to come or if they are scratching their head like I am.

I'm excited about new characters. I am not intrested in the least about re-releases. Not thrilled about having to buy an expensive playset for the new ponies.....but that has been going on since G1.

I would love to see FS ponies that aren't characters from the show. Or, at least, ponies that aren't main characters.

(And I wonder what my fiancé would say to that??) :shocked:

TraderTif, I used the G2 Castle as a decroration at my bridal shower! So I would totally go for it!

I'm mainly excited about the new brushables (please be minty and/or roseluck!) princess Cadence looks kinda weird? It's like her wings are a different plastic than her body, it looks messy :-/ And I'm not sure how big the figures are that come with the wedding set? Probably not going to get it.

The brushable Celestia has her wings made from a different plastic too. The body is rock hard but the wings are from a more flexible material. I guess they were worried about them snapping off.
