quick cleaning question?

I have read a few places that people use magic erasers on pony's to get off stubborn dirt. My question is can I use this on a purple pony or will it mess up the pony? Also any other suggestions to get off stubborn dirt?

I don't think that color makes a difference... when it comes to magic erasers, just remember that it is actually a very, very mild abrasive, so avoid using it on areas with paint, pearlizing, etc. Anything which could rub off. Magic erasers are great, but I always like to start with the mildest solution and work up. You'd be surprised what REALLY hot water and some dish soap can do.

As reanna says, the eraser works as a fine sandpaper. If you were to scrub and scrub and scrub repeatedly on the same area then it is possible that you will start to remove some of the pigment from the plastic and therefore cause an issue/lightening. However that is really only an extreme situation.

As long as you are careful as you clean with it and check your progress you should be fine on any shade of pony
