I couldn't leave my poor Chrysalis with the paper crown she came with in the collectors set, so I finally made attempts at a sculpted crown.
First attempt was way too big! It might work for a talking size Chrysalis (if there was one) but much to big for a brushable. It was a good way to learn a general method of creating crowns, though. Second attempt cracked badly, and I could tell again that it was too big. Again, third attempt was too big, but much closer. I think it was probably the best overall attempt, but I made a smaller forth attempt and decided to settle for it. I tried to get the points a little bit closer together (especially the center two) but I didn't get as good of smoothness to it.
