Title: Site suggestion: link to PM Inbox in PM notification emails

When I receive an email notifying me of a new PM, there is a link to reply to the PM directly, but I most often want to see the whole PM thread before composing my reply.

To that end, can we:
1. Include a link to http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php?action=pm in the email please?
2. Possibly get the PM Reply page to show the whole thread instead of just the PM you are replying to?

The email is automatically generated by the server software, we do not have access to change it.
