Panda bought a MH clothing item from me on March 26th. She paid right away, no issues there. However, I feel she was rather unreasonable regarding cirmumstances beyond my control.
There was an extended shipping delay on my end due to family issues, and her item wasn't shipped until April 8th, which I told her and apologized for.
When Panda wrote to me on the 14th and said the item hadn't arrived yet, I told her again that it'd been shipped on the 8th and that I didn't know what to advise, other than checking with the post office in case it'd gotten lost there.
Her response was a snippy PM and a negative feedback, which I feel was unreasonable because the circumstances were out of my control.
