all the g1 playsets are so precious... i love all of them, but i don't have any myself, being a g3 primary collector.

Pass. I don't like this set. I might have if it wasn't slipper shaped.

I always thought this was a mythical invented scene for the anime as I had Ice Cream Wars as a kid but this playset never came out here. Nor did Scoops. So I knew about them but never knew they were real until I got online and found DV in 1997.

I agree that it's a weird set. Why is it slipper-shaped? And it's so small. I guess it's for Megan to use? The accessories are cute but it's just... odd. Scoops is cute too.

Could the inspiration for this playset been one of Megan’s or Molly’s shoes? I only had the Lullabye Nursery and the Baby Bonnet School of Dance growing up. I have Scoops now but not the Sweet Shoppe.

i have scoops and love her but not the play set, this is my least favourite out of all the G1 playsets

Even when it came out, I thought it was weird that the chairs wouldn't fit a pony.  I also didn't like the idea of a pony having a customer service job.  Couldn't ponies turn mountains into ice cream and make sprinkles fall from the clouds?   

The pony is cute though!

I had this wonderful set as a child new! I was so very happy to have it! I do still have the pony and she is still MINT!

I have scoops and the satin slipper sweet shop. I find nothing wrong in ponies handing out ice cream. I bet lickety split works there part time.

I found this set complete in box at a garage sale a couple years ago for $6 and I do like it but its not my favorite. I think the idea of the shoe is cute but when its open it doesn't really look like a shoe anymore and it just looks kind of odd lol.

Want it! I have Scoops herself, but not the playset. I don't really have room to display any more playsets, but I would like to have it someday when I do have the space for more playsets. That being said, if I were to find it in the wild I would buy it, and either try to make space or store it until I do have space. But I definitely won't actively seek out playsets until I'm able to display more.

It's a really cute design, though I don't really see the correlation between shoes and ice cream.
