Has anyone had any trouble ordering online from Build a Bear? The closest store is 6 hours away from me.

Nope, I've ordered 2 ponies for myself and had one sent to my friend for her birthday.

So that was 3 different times I've ordered. The only thing I will say is that if you order enough to get the free shipping sometimes it seems to take a tad longer. But I had no problem getting them when ordering online.

Ah yes, free shipping always does to take longer from stores. A pity, but worth it to not have to pay an extra $6 or more than the price of the merchandise.
