Urgh, I just ordered a Doll Chateau Alberta about two weeks ago. The wait is already killing me and I've heard Doll Chateau takes 2-3 months... How can I possibly wait that long!!

Did you buy the doll first? While I'm waiting I save up my money and I get the stuff I need for the doll's arrival, such as wig(s), eyes, clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. I also start putting thought into which doll I want to get next (especially if I am thinking of putting together a family or a special set of characters).

I just found out that my doll has been shipped -- what great timing, as I had just finished buying her accessories when I got the notification email. The only problem is, FedEx estimates that the package will be here on Thursday... At the same time I'll be at the airport picking up my boyfriend!  Of all the days the package had to come...

My Song arrived two days ago! Poor boy is sitting around in a skirt though, since I hadn't made any clothes for him yet! The MSC I need for his faceup was just ordered yesterday, too, so he doesn't have a face yet either.
