My Pokemon Sun isn't coming until tomorrow. Apparently there was a kerfuffle with Amazon's shipping. It's okay, though... Gives me more time to try to finish Alpha Sapphire.

Oh no!! that happened to me last time. I got lucky and mine did arrive today from Amazon/UPS.  Though I'm a tad too tired to play much after a late night ER visit with a family member. Which they are doing fine, was a tad dehydrated.

My dad was recently diagnosed with heart failure, he wasn't feeling well nauseous and a tad dizzy which could also mean his heart so any one symptom you call the nurse on call for an opinion and then more than one an ER trip. So going to be an ongoing thing for me from now on as a caretaker roll. I am just hoping we don't have to go tomorrow he turns 94 tomorrow I'd like to have his birthday at home.

Ah, I'm sorry to hear about that. My dog has heart failure and he's on a lot of medication and we go to the vet all the time. It's kinda interesting because he has a lot of the same symptoms that my grandfather had, who also had heart failure. But my dog is still very happy and acts pretty healthy -- I hope it's the same with your dad.

You might as well start in on Sun, the pokemon bank won't be available til January I read. I was bummed I couldn't transfer things right off the bat, but then I've never owned two games in a row so I'm not sure if this is a new thing or standard when a new game comes out.

Back on the topic of video games... I'm still trying to rush through Alpha Sapphire -- my copy of Pokemon Sun came today and I am so excited about it!

You might as well start in on Sun, the pokemon bank won't be available til January I read. I was bummed I couldn't transfer things right off the bat, but then I've never owned two games in a row so I'm not sure if this is a new thing or standard when a new game comes out.

It seems to take forever before the characters stop "holding your hand" so to speak.  They escort you around the first city and won't really let you explore  on your own until they're done with you.  So if you're in a hurry to get to the actual adventure part, don't be.  I think I may play Sun for a bit and then switch back to Y so I can finish up that game and get as many different Pokemon as I can so I can transfer them over if I need to once the Bank is upgraded for Sun/Moon in January.

I got a whole bunch of games on Friday (Black Friday sales) so I am going to start playing one of them, Overwatch, tonight. I just have to wait for the 11 GB update to download... The last level of RunGunJumpGun is really, really hard so I have regressed to replaying earlier levels to get all the atomiks I missed on my first goaround.

I started Shadowrun: Dragonfall couple of days ago, with no great success as I failed the second battle.   I am going to keep trying the game though, as I love the Shadowrun world!
