I CAUGHT A LAPRAS TODAY!!!

Lapras is my favorite gen 1 Pokémon and I was crushed that I've never run into one, even though I've been playing this game since day 1. It was in the parking lot at the grocery store. My husband spotted it on his phone and was like "Open the app, hurry!" He didn't tell me what it was, just that.I'd be excited. took one Pokeball, and it has decent CP too.

Aside from that, I caught a bunch of Charmander and Bulbasaur. Can't seem to find any Squirtle.

The event has been amazing for me. I live on a peninsula and though I've had Venusaur since July (wild twice) and Blastoise since September or so (also wild before evolving a second), Charmander basically NEVER spawned anywhere near here. After evolving Charmeleon I had 6/100 candies needed for Charizard. haha. So close now.

I saw a Charizard spawned at the university by my work and wasn't quick enough to go over and get him. Danggg. Looks like I should FINALLY have him (and high IV) in the next day or so anyway.

That's so awesome!!! You finally got your favorite This is my dream, too, someday (that or hatching one). I have a 10k incubating right now . . . what if it's a Lapras? . . . probably a Pinsir.

So interesting that you haven't found Squirtles as often; like Ponycake, Charmanders and their forms are the rare ones here normally. I've been seeing Squirtles and Bulbasaurs more often than Charmander even during this event, but I'm just glad to see them all and catch what I can Running out of Pokeballs pretty quickly, though. They can be hard to catch.

Looks like I should FINALLY have him (and high IV) in the next day or so anyway.

Had a really special pokemon show up a few houses down the street from me this morning...a wild Charizard!  It was low IV, but still, it filled the space in my pokedex, haha@

I got my third Cleffa today. Why can't I seem to find any other babies? LoL!
And I now officially have every starter pokemon and their evolutions counterparts!

I'm finally getting through my glut of 10k eggs. So far the only exciting things have been Chansey and Smoochum. Most of the rest were let downs.

  I'M DOOOONE!

I've never seen a Doduo outside a nest/hatch before, but miraculously there was one that showed up while I was walking home yesterday, so I needed one more candy...and then of course, literally the next egg I hatched about 1-2km later) was a Doduo.  Then today, I finally got the last candy from my buddy Kabuto.

I never found Lickitung, but I do have three more eggs to hatch before I uninstall, so I'm crossing my fingers, but overall, I consider this a complete dex. The seen not caught is a Mr. Mime, than the three extras are Cleffa, Igglybuff, and Smoochum.

I've been sick (AGAIN??? ) so I haven't been able to catch much lately - but today I got a Charmander and Bulbasaur while seeing the doctor!! Wahoo! ^^

My dex will never be completed, since I can't pick eggs up as often nor really driving time to hunt

I hatched a Sandshrew with a CP of 666; I named him Hell Mole!!!

Thank you for the congrats everyone. On my last egg now, no sign of Lickitung, but not really surprised.  I've apparently ranted about it enough (to the regulars that play) that my coworker knows it's the Pokemon I still need, and he doesn't even play.

Annie, I'm uninstalling because there is nothing left for me right now. I have zero desire to go out in the negatives when there is nothing to hunt, plus my phone battery needs a break (especially when it comes to freezing temps). I am seriously crossing my fingers for a pink Pokemon event for Valentines though, I would pick it up again for that.

Haha, I've never hatched/caught anything with that CP, but my first Blastoise evolved like that.

In the last two days I've either caught, hatched, or evolved to get 15 Pokémon I didn't have before.

Still no baby Pokémon.

Unfortunately, I think the starter event is ending in a few hours, and a combination of watching football and cold weather means I'm not going to risk getting sicker to try and get the last few Charmander and Bulbasaur candies I need to get Venusaur and Charizard. Oh well.
