New 35th Anniversary Collector Ponies Spotted! Pics!

I tried to check one of the Targets by me today in hopes of getting a second pony… but no luck. The nearest Target that had them according to the employee really wasn’t within driving distance for the price tag of these. I really hope more do get sent to stores… I’d really like a Snuzzle…

Finally got my hands on a set!! I have checked multiple Targets multiple times in the past week and felt so discouraged every time I couldnt find them. All the associates seemed totally confused, told me they didnt have them, or that they wouldnt be out for a week or few... Finally called one of the further Targets today (I knew the MLP Movie also release today and I wanted to pick it up anyhow) and when the guy on the phone said they had 6 on the self I left the house right away!

Princess Sunbeam, you just reminded me!  I was supposed to pick up the movie and I forgot it! I saw it at the checkout as I entered the store, figured i'd pick it up on my way out, but then I was so excited about finding the collector ponies (and POTP Rodimus) that I forgot to get the movie!

So the next night, Monday, my hubby surprises me by coming home with the original stock box filled with all 6!!! 

He apparently went back Monday morning before work and nothing had been put out, so he waited almost an hour for them to find the ponies in the back. They must have felt sorry for him or something.

Aww so sweet!! You lucky lady! 

My hubby is a cowboy (hat, boots, buckle, whole deal) so picture him at Target in the middle of town asking for MLP toys

Sounds like something that I would do, stressing all the way in the car until I parked up and was through the shop door!

I just checked if these are in stock near my ZIP code on Brickseek. My local store which was listed as sold out a few days ago (I know it was because I got the case!) is now showing them as in stock. Perhaps a new shipment has already come? Can anyone else check to see if a store they knew was sold out has changed to in stock?

Eta: None of the other stores showing out of stock has changed. So I'm not sure why my store seemingly has.

I called my local Target right around closing time last night, and they told me the stash was in the back, still in boxes, when I gave them the DCPI. So I can rest easy and take my time getting there later today. Might aim for Butterscotch this time.

I just checked the closest Target to me and it has them listed as "out of stock", which doesn't surprise me because I know there are quite a few pony collectors in Seattle.  I might walk over on my lunch break anyway, to pick up the MLP FIM movie.

I asked around via email to all the big companies and supermarkets but only got three replies. :/ Argos doesn't know, ASDA won't and the department store Fenwick said maybe. *sighs*

Thank you, I appreciate it. Im sure it'll be helpful for someone else as well. I was able to get my hands on a set last night- they juuuuuust fit because I had to put half the set on a riser for them to fit on one shelf

Oooh we have a brand new Fenwicks in the neighbouring town - a surprisingly decent toy department, too! This might just be the place for me to keep an eye on.

I did the same with Australian companies, so far I've received a no and a idk :/
