I didn't catch that name...(odd question time)

Was just watching Bright Lights (again :P ) today...and I didn't quite catch the name of that mayor-mouse character from Muensterville.  Anybody know it? (It sounded like..."Kebbeh Bear" or something...but I don't know exactly...and it would make more sense if he had a cheese-related name like his sheriff does...)

Reason I ask, is the next chapter in my story is going to bring back some of the characters from that ep, and I need to know the names.  I'm not entirely sure if I'll put the mayor or the other mouse-characters in or not, but it would be helpful to know their names before I start my next chapter/episode.

Okay, so I don't know anything about the show you mentioned, but I do know cheese.  Based on what you heard I'd think it was Camembert. Silent French t. :) So, said almost like you heard cam-emm-bear.
