Is this a My Little Pony accessorie?

I recently got a pony lot from a friend and this item was in it, but I can't ind what it is. It was a G2 lot with 1 G1 in it, Baby Alphabet and there was also a G1 baby necklace in it (white with light pink text).

Does anyone recognize tis item?

I believe its a ponyville necklace. Does it have two bits sticking out to fit around the neck?

No it doesn't. It only has a tiny hole on the back of the flower

Hmmm..its not G1 and I actually dont recognise it as from either of the other generations but hopefully someone else can help you out.

It's not G3 or G3.5. I'm pretty sure anyway. And I don't think ponyville had necklaces like this without the tabs I meant

Hmm I can't find it anywhere on the Rainbow Forest site, so I guess it isn't an MLP related item

it doesn't look very G2, I would say more G3, but since people think that's not the case, maybe it isn't a mlp item at all

It kinda looks like a Barbie item... but that's just me.  I don't know much about accessories.
