I can sympathise - I bought a load of ponies on eBay a couple of years back and when they arrived they were COVERED in wee I kept soaking them all a washing powder solution as it breaks down bodily fluids. I would suggest baking soda too though, I've always been too scared to use dryer sheets in case I forget about them and mess the pony up...
