If we count Majesty as a queen, all the generations except G3 have a Queen pony in them.  Majesty, Queen Sunsparkle, and Queen Chrysalis.

G3.5 is an odd duck.  Maybe Rainbow Dash's mom is a queen?

It would make sense if she were a queen.  I'm thinking about the episode of MLP where all the princess ponies were trying to figure out who would become queen which I looked up after not being able to find out whether she was a queen or a princess.  The episode is called Quest of the Princess Ponies.
