Need help finding childhood toy

I've been trying to find one of my favorite toys from childhood but no luck... I have a lot of sentimental value to this toy line because my late grandma got me it.

2000s era, came in a two pack from probably Walmart. Packaging was plastic on a card.
Two hard plastic puppies standing up in tutus, probably ballerina or princess themed. One was blue the other purple or pink. May have been on a spin top.
I'm sure it wasn't LPS or Disney.

Does this description ring a bell for anyone?

I think I remember it being named in a thread on here listing discontinued doll lines but I can't find the thread...

Not sure if you already know and checked, but I usually search ghostofthedoll when I need to find out something about old toy lines. I’m probably older than you, since I search for 80-90 toys. But I think they have from early 2000’s too.

This might sound silly, but have considered joining/contacting a Walmart fan group? I know that sounds odd, but there are groups dedicated to finds/sales/items in Aldi and Lidl as well as discount and pound/dollar stores, so it might be worth asking them??

I've never heard of those! Where can I find them?

Your best bet is likely Facebook, but also try places like Reddit; there's usually a sub for everything!
