Only Lapiz's crown (I also made Emerald's but he's not piccied), which I sculpted, painted, & stuck gems to. The other adults wear Chap Mei crowns I painted & added elastic to, & the younger Princes wear crowns I found on eBay which were perfect for them!!!

So hey, would cross stitch be allowed in this thread? I used to do counted cross stitch many years ago. While cleaning up the craft closet I came across my old kits and threads. Some kits aren't even opened. If I remember correctly, we had to move and when we got here I never picked it back up. Anyway, I was looking for embroidery thread on Etsy, to have on hand for my miniatures, and ended up looking at cross stitch patterns. I found one that I want to make for my mom and bought it. I don't know when I'll have the time to do it. I remember liking it quite a bit, it's relaxing and it's a craft you can do while watching TV.

This is the pattern. My mom has always had a thing for lighthouses

I saw your newest podcast, Shai. I like the pink!

But it made me want to knit and I still haven't tried it yet. Ugh. I've got all these great yarns saved in my Etsy favorites, mostly sock yarn, but also bulky for needle felting. So many amazing yarns!!!

Speaking of needle felting, I want to make a couple of rainbow sheep for Pride. I have bold rainbow locks and I wanted some pastel but now I can't afford it. I keep looking at raw wool too. One of these days I'm going to give scouring and dying it myself a go.
