UPDATE (2/15):
Yay! The package is in Puerto Rico today! Its being delievered! I feel so much better now!
So I had a buyer from Puerto Rico win an auction of mine on ebay. I have never shipped to Puerto Rico before, so I was hesitant, but I did it anyways since it is part of the US.
So I mailed the package out from GA on Feb.3 (Parcel Post) and there has been no tracking info updated since Feb.3 when it was in Memphis, TN. I called USPS and they said I have to wait longer to report it missing--Feb. 22--err.
Has anyone else shipped to Pureto Rico from the US before? How long does it usually take? Does it take longer?

I have shipped First Class to Puerto Rico before and it took about a week .
But it being sent Parcel Post may take a little longer. I wouldn't worry just yet :)

I've never shipped to Puerto Rico, but your problem is more likely related to sending it Parcel Post. I've refused to ship that way ever since a package I sent using it took nearly a month to arrive at its destination.

I wouldn't expect it to arrive for at least another week to two, honestly. I think Feb 22nd is a good date to start looking into it if it hasn't arrived by then. ;)
Hope it makes it there safe and speedy!!

I've had packages stuck in Tennessee for quite a while- one of the country's biggest mail sorting facilities is there, and if you ship parcel post, it is not a priority and can sit there for days sometimes before it is sorted. (Have a family member who works for the post office who told me this). I wouldn't worry just yet ;)

Dont worry :) There is still plenty time for it to arrive safely - I'd say prolly another week or 2 would be pretty normal, although it might arrive sooner than that :relaxed:

Thanks for the responses everyone! I feel much more confident it will get there now. I guess I will wait until the end of the month to report it missing if it doesn't get there. I don't think I'm going to ship to Puerto Rico again though--well, at least not with Parcel Post.
