BB to Brushable Gardenia Glow, 1st repose

I don't think I ever want to do a repose again after this one.  Yeah it was fairly simple, but too many things just kept going wrong.  I cracked her butt at the tailing stage, which for me is the second to last finishing step   I fixed it, but the paint isn't a perfect match.  The tail hides it well enough.
I sealed her with painters touch 2x gloss, and killed the shine with dullcote- you can see where the dullcote rubbed off on the tip of her horn.  That said, this gloss seal is fairly tough for general handling.
My colours obviously don't match, she's a fair bit darker than the BB version.  It works though, right?  Maybe?
Mixed decals and paints, the symbols were originally going to be just decals laid over paint but they lacked pop.  The decals were a big help in keeping the design neat, I suck at freehanding.

That is amazing! I have never seen someone repose a pony,let alone a g4, you did great even if it was hard! The colors and the mane and tail are amazing!

THe repose is so cute, really suits the eyes, she looks like she's singing a musical number!

Also the darker green looks lush with her mane and cutie mark colours, and I adore how you've styled her hair at the front it's so pretty!

Your troubles totally paid off in the end, I love her dark teal color (goes great with her hair) and pose! Good work with her symbols, too - kind of weird to see a G4 with symbols on both sides, especially one that looks so factory.
