TarkanDragon I would say the older girl looked a bit like Megan's style but she was not blonde, either brunette dark brown hair or black hair. The baby, imagine a well drawn baby, not very "cartoony", he looked and moved more "humanlike"
I really don't remember any of the other magical creature characters, there WERE villains though they were hiding from, and one scene I vaguely have in mind was that the youngest child making sounds, talking baby talk was going to make them found out from hiding somewhere.

It was really different in animation style than the Dr Doolittle anime. Both animation styles I love but different, so I am pretty sure it was not an anime the one I am looking for, unless there was work done for it in Japan like in MLP if I am not wrong.

Honestly, it sounds like Dragon Tails to me, but that was only two siblings and it wasn't in the 80s.

Taffeta's comment got me to thinking about how in the early to mid 80's Nickelodeon in the US had a lot of anime series that they showed such as The Adventures of the Little Prince and The Mysterious Cities of Gold among others.

 BlackCurtains, thanks for the links, I had done some checking on the wikipedia page before, with titles that could have been that, no luck, perhaps I need to be more thorough.
I will also check the youtube video.
For some reason I do have it in my mind as a mini series, so you may be right and it was a movie or tv or straight to video movie.

Hey there, I want to keep this topic up since it's still undiscovered yet.

But I've at one point remember a memory that I've discussed with one of my friends, one of my friends have brought up something about a scene of "a ray gun that turns kids even more younger". I don't recall any of this from a show but I'd figure I might ask about this scene if this is also what you also remember too.

Also it also hit me. Do you remember what is the kid's intro is? or happen to remember the lyrics?

Hopefully these can help also too. If you can respond to these, I'll be appreciated. since no body has mentioned anything recently, and I don't want this to lock up yet since it's also an opportunity to be rediscovered. I wish you luck to find and also hopefully this new info would help too.

TarkanDragon thanks for keeping this up, no luck yet I don't remember the intro or lyrics (if an intro song existed) or any music from it. Perhaps if I did I could possibly find it more easily, Which isn't for sure as I had trouble finding a particular song from another show (long story)

I'm on the Lost Media Wiki. I'm not that active on there, but if you want, I could post about this on their forums (they have an unidentified media section) and see if someone there knows what it is (unless it is The Littl' Bits, but I've seen it and I don't think it's that). I'm curious about this myself. There's no guarantee it would actually work, but at the very least, it would get seen by people that don't come here. Also, do you remember what channel you saw it on? And did you see it in Greek or Turkish? That might help.

I watched it on RIK as the channel's name is in greek or CyBC in english, it is on the Greek side of Cyprus. I do remember the show was shown in english and had greek subtitles.

The only suggestion I've gotten so far is that it's one of the shows that aired with the 80s MLP show (The Glo Friends, Potato Head Kids, Moondreamers). I kinda doubt it's one of those (otherwise I think someone here would have identified it by now), but I thought I'd check anyway.
