It might take a while as paypal told me it would take up to 30 days before i get anything back from them in terms of response, I have not deleted my emails and have found them all! working on a summary for the screenshots to send to paypal right now!

when i first asked her what the heck she was doing, she replied this:

"Someone has hacked all of my accounts and frozen my banks. PayPal is NOT helping one bit. I was on the phone with them for two hours with no luck of getting anything taken care of. I didn't issue this. PayPal did"

as if paypal would do the chargeback for her? -.-

i asked again , why she choose a unauthorized chargeback, when she was well aware of the payment. In hope that she will reply in a very revealing way wich gives me more evidence

Well, actually, Paypal does do chargeback's without a person approving them sometimes.
I had my Paypal account and credit card used without authorization once, and when we contacted the credit card company/Paypal they charged back ALL recent purchases...even ones that were legitimate.

After the account was back in good standing we then had to re-send or re-authorize the payments that were charged back.

Though from everything you've said here, it definitely sounds like she's scamming you....she probably knows about the chargeback thing and is using it as part of her scam.

I'm so sorry for you and I hope you'll get your money back soon!

What i can say - I've had a very simulare story at ebay like ponylady...paypal blocked the feez for a while in my account but I sent them all infos I still had - that I sold the item at ebay to this person, a scan of the shipping receipt with trackingnumber - and the parcels state was that the parcel was delievered month ago...

So after a while I got my money back from paypal and won this chargeback claim.

Great news everyone! =)

I hadnt even set up all the mails to send paypal yet when i today got this mail "Chargeback Covered by PayPal:"

"
As you know, we were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a
chargeback with their card issuer. One of the unique benefits of using
PayPal is that we help you fight unwarranted chargebacks and attempt to
recover your funds.

Usually the funds associated with a chargeback are temporarily held until
the card issuer makes its decision.

Because you followed the guidelines of the seller protection policy,
though, PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback."

Its set back to normal in my paypal balance!! YEEEY =D  :iconclap:
I dont know why i won to be honest ( from what i read on google not many people got their money back!)
But im very happy about this! the scammer did not win *dance happy dance* :green:

thanks everyone for your support and feedback <3

I'm so glad to hear it! Just a suggestion, though, you might want to print out those emails and keep them filed anyway just to be sure.

Seashell is right; save that proof!! And I checked out this person on eBay.. for some reason, she has lots of good feedback?? Dunno what's going on with that, but ebay is notorious for things like this. Anonymity is the enemy of honesty... people behave in ways they never would on the internet! For some, this means they also try to cheat people.... So save all documentation that proves you did everything possible to work with this woman, and that she took advantage of you!

Yea she do have positive feedback, but if she scams people 2-3 months later I think most sellers already have left their feedback, also you cant leave anything passt 60 days :-(
neither can you leave negative feedback to a buyer anymore, only positive , wich is absurd (and it seems she only buys stuff, hence the positive).tried to leave a positive yesterday with a warning like " beware, this buyer is a chargeback scammer!"
But i couldnt as its Been to long time ( i never gave her any feedback in the first place as i had a bad feeling.

Ill save up the mails just in case! Paypal Does however say the case is now Closed and theres nothing i need to do anymore , it seems that i won based on seller protection, in paypal it says that chargeback was disputed by paypal :)
