G4 Only.

Brushables: 36 (included the CMC) 39 if you count doubles (2 Rarity, 2 Rainbow Dash, 2 Pinkie Pie from sets but my sis has them now so)
Plushies: 3 (the Target ones)
And random stuff

Ok, I went and counted. Had a rough idea, but it's been acouple months since I've counted so might as well.

G1- 125 on display, 1 on the way, and 25 in storage

G2- 39 on display

G3- 140 on dispaly, 65 in storage

G4- 70 on display, 1 on the way (another 15 I want to buy, but I'm not counting them since I don't have them yet)

Blindbags- 42 on display

Customs- 31 on dispaly

MOC- 1 Princess Tiffany 

Fair/Comic con/Art ponies- 10

550 Total

And I still have about 100 extras/duplicates I need to sell to make room since I'm running out

 Alright, not as bad as I thought! Not too shabby, either. I'm actually really happy with my collection at the moment! Just need to find brushable Lyra and I'll be able to stop actively hunting for a while. Though if any thrift store ponies come across my path, I won't say no to them!

Oooh, I literally just did a head count.

So, I started collecting, as in literally got my first pony Confetti, this month.

G1: 8 (1 being a baby)
G2: 3
G3: 11

And 9 more G1 in the post.

I am now under strict "do not buy" mode  . However as half of my G3s have  crazy hair I can focus on that instead of buying!   

I love the ones that I have so far. I'm selecting ones I like the the look of rather than just anything that is cheap. So I may have spent too much this month, but shhh, no one needs to know!!!

@ Polkadot: No collection is sucky. There are some that have just started, and some that stay intentionally small, some that are out of control huge, but none that are "sucky." Don't be down on yourself!

And I literally JUST tallied my collection the other day, and I can't resist sharing!
(I have a few repeats, I didn't count those)

G1: 13 regular sized; 11 petites; 2 charms
G2: 3 McDonalds
G3: 6 regular sized; 9 McDonalds; 1 Breezie; 4 Dolly Mix; 3 Ponyville; 6 McD's Ponyville; 15 other (game pieces, tiny tins, charms, etc)
G4: 2 regular size; 8 McDonalds; 41 Blind Bag; 1 custom BB, 1 Plushie

Official Hasbro releases: 126

Also have some fakies, little horses that are cartoony enough to live with the BB ponies, a Filly Princess, a few ugly little guys I made out of clay. If I were to count everything I consider "pony," I'd have over 150 ponies, most of them tiny.

Its not about having the most ponies Its just fun to add up sometimes...as long as your collection makes you happy then that is pretty much all that matters

i havn't done  a headcount lately i really should.   last month i had  75 plus  10 now i have..

1 shelf  of g1 2 rows on a bookshelf.
1 shelf  of babys mc ponys ponyville and  g 3.5 annewborn cuites  about 7 bbs 2 glitter wings and  2 brushables

3 scooters  2 ponys  that go with them.  (mising the helmet on one)

4  ponyville playsets 

2 shelves of  g3 ponys rows of three.
 1 pretty poiny 
and   10 various mib
and 3  so soft newborns!

and  3  offical pony plush

with more incoming o.o

dont think  that  your colelction is  sucky.  it doesnt matter the size.  its about how well you  enjoy it and have fun with it

I just LOVE seeing what other gens collectors focus on! I have most of the G3 line MIB, so around 350? Plus numerous doubles and a bunch of G2 MOC, and a nice handful of G1's ... so somewhere a bit over 500.

But the secret is, I have recently started collecting G1 UK's ... and I ADORE them!!! The pony madness will never end!

I just did a recount and this time I counted Ponyvilles, Blind Bags, etc. I think half my McDs are up in the attic somewhere because I can't find the majority of them!
