Thanks everyone! I went to the Blythe Kingdom forum and saw that membership requires a referral. I was just browsing through while I was running some errands (like now). Would anyone who is a member there be willing to give me a referral? I have some eBay feedback as well as my Arena feedback. The eBay selling I have done is mainly CDs and vintage band shirts  and I've been staying away from it because I got tired of the nonsense from buyers.

EBay might be crazy but the doll is worth crazy money.  I had one with more flaws and got a lot from her.  I bet yours is in the $650-$800 range!   Congrats on your find!

I've had a chance to look her over a bit more carefully and I think the spot on her head isn't a burn or melted spot, it looks more like glue or something similar. I do not want to do anything to ruin such a prominent spot. I thought the pictures I took earlier today turned out, but when I see them on a big screen, they don't show the detail that I had hoped for. Sorry, I'm only using my iphone for pics  I'll try to take some when I get home from work/tomorrow morning so everyone can see what I'm talking about.

Take them ouside in a shady spot. You'll have tons of natural light without the glare.

Thanks for the tips! I managed to get a couple of pictures that I think show that it's probably a glue or something similar. You will have to zoom in on the spot, as I'm tired of fighting the evil Photobucket app with my limited knowledge to get the cropped pics to save

I'm hoping that work isn't as crazy by the end of the week so I can actually go on the Blythe forums. I'm starting to like her quite a bit so it's probably best for her to find a new home quickly
