Seriously guys...
I bought my first one, then my second swiftly after, telling myself that these were the only two I would ever buy, and here I am eyeing my third and fourth...

Yup it's true...though I did get into the hobby knowing I would eventually want around 30 dolls! My dolls are my OC's and none of them want to be left out! However I did make the mistake of thinking "I'll just buy one a year" I've been in the hobby for two years and now I have 6 full dolls and a floating head... I'm still not quite sure what happened...

They are! I always wanted to keep my BJD family small, right now I have 7 in my possession, with another one that I'm paying off will put me at 8. That same new doll will eventually have a guardian as well and will put me at 9!

9! Never thought I would have that many, hopefully that last anthro will be my last.. Unless new characters creep int my storyline..

WeepingPiano That's what I thought too...and now I'm saving for a body. You'd be surprised how irritating it is to have one doll as a floaty head all the time...

I think it comes from the whole idea that you can't stop at just one potato chip. You have to have a few of them!

I couldn't deal with floaty heads.. My VE Woosoo was the original owner of the body, but once my VE Chloe came home, she took over and was on the body all the time, so I ended up selling the VE Woosoo head shortly after..

At the worst I had 14 but now I've brought it down to a more manageable 7 haha!  Though I miss some of them I sold alot

I would have been fine, but my friend came up with another story idea she sucked me into, and I mentioned getting a doll of my character (because that is what I do) and I might have been able to decide against it, but now the friend wants a doll for /her/ character.

The only thing is, she can only afford a 1\6 scale doll, so we are getting chibi representations of our characters.

Then, I found a BJD that she said she liked, but was sold out. Well I found it somewhere else and hopefully I can buy it. That one comes in a set, so hopefully I can get the two and keep one for myself.

So I guess they are really like infectious potato chips that spread from person to person

Yeah... I started with just a boy. And a cheap boy, too.
I fell in love with Florian, decided he needed a girlfriend, maybe a boyfriend on the side... I'm planning on eventually getting a dollzone Mo and a hujoo Sara, in regards to that.

And then I decided some time after getting him that I needed to treat myself to the joy of having all my favorite Godchild characters in resin. I have Jezabel/Jizabel, Cassian is next, followed by Cain, followed by a younger version of the aforementioned doctor... Then possible Alexis if I can find a mature enough doll... Yeeeeup, this is becoming a problem.

But thankfully, I only own two dolls now. And While I'm sure I'll get more, it's going to have to be at a slow pace.
