Owlsy is pretty good at keeping up with new merch. If we need someone to keep a thread up to date, I nominate him to make it.

My only worry with it coming back is the sheer speed of the G4 line...I feel as though every time I log on here there is new merch and with Taobao its tough to decide what is actually new and what is just "made up"

But I do agree it would be nice to have 1 thread in which all new items were posted rather than lots of different ones as then I always think I ll miss something!

Cat, I agree with the TaoBao stuff making things difficult. I think though that if the thread does return, that stuff should be excluded since we don't really know how official it is. I would only want to include those things we know are coming soon from Hasbro.

Is the speed that different than the old releases? I can't remember. I know at the end of the G3 line it seemed like ponies were coming out all the time.

Maybe its not so much the speed of the ponies being released but the volume of licensed merch that is throwing me off...that seems amazingly fast...

However, I do agree a Coming Soon thread should have only Hasbro confirmed and official items...
