Babrbie ID and maybe PC please

Hello, I'd like to ask you fellow collectors what is the exact name of this Barbie doll and how much is she worth? I have had her since my childhood (the 90s, early 2000s), she has hair which is changing colour when touched with something warm/hot, from dark brown to green and pink. She has posse-able knees and elbows.

I think she is Happenin Hair Teresa. I can't help with a PC though.

Definitely Happenin Hair Teresa. As for a price check unfortunately you won't get much for her at all. 90s Barbies aren't very popular at the minute so she's not really worth more than $10/£6/€8 roughly. If she holds sentimental value you might as well hang on to her.
