How do you start selling in classifieds?

I just can't figure it out. I can not find a list button anywhere.  I went into my profile saw nothing. I looked into tutorials and saw nothing. Can anyone explain how I can get started listing ponies there?

Step #1.

Profile > Group Membership > Request membership to the Classifieds group.

Step #2.

Wait for approval. If/when you get it, you go into the Classifieds area and click the "add listing" button.
