What are the cheapest G1's?

The cheapest ponies in my experience are Peachy, Lemon Drop and Pony Bride. After those Sundance and Cherries Jubilee.

When it comes to Moondancer she wouldn't necessarily be cheap(1-2$) if you need her to be flawless. A white Moondancer is hard to come by in my experience. Glory isn't necessarily easy to find without flaws either, but much easier to find a good condition one than Moondancer.

If you don't mind flaws/baity ponies you would find quite a lot in the 1$ - range. But I think you would need to pay more than 1-2$ for most of the year 1-3 ponies if they are in between near mint to excellent condition (of course depending on which one it is!).

CP ponies, Posey, Lickerty Split, shy pose Bowtie and Applejack, shy pose Confetti, and Kisscurl seem to be the cheapest I see

I love Peachy. I find the year 2 rainbow ponies to be cheap, but not necessarily easy to come by in excellent condition. That's Sunlight, Skydancer, Moonstone, Parasol, Starshine, and Windy.

No, me too! I love her! She is one of my favs actually - my sister had her when we were kids and she has always been this supersweet and kind pony to me - with awesome color combo!

I agree with the original rainbows too I forgot about them, Moonstone, Parasol and Windy I see quite a lot but never in great condition, my Moonstone came in a lot of four ponies and had to have a serious wash and have her tail washer removed and a zip tag placed on her to keep her tail it. Still pretty though

I think mostly, decent ponies will likely run you at least $3 each.. unless you get lucky and find someone selling as a lot, then you might get them cheaper. Of course.. if you check the sales page, you might find someone getting rid of commons for cheaper. If you're looking to pay $1 a pony, you'll probably be getting "bait" though..but some of those can be fixable and turn into perfectly fine ponies with a little work.

Tootsie and Cheeries Jubilee! You ll normally manage to find them for reasonably low prices and also a lot of the first set of Flutters and even the original babies like Baby Cotton Candy and Baby Firefly.

I also agree Tex tends to be the lowest price of the boys.

I've bought some stunning (wingless) flutters for $2-3! 
Blossom, Cotton Candy, and Snuzzle I've also bought for cheap.  If I remember correctly, I think I bought some out of Shelti's Bargain Basement. 
Tootsie, Princess Royal Blue, Sundance, Banana Surprise, BBE babies, you can usually find for a steal. 
As far as SS go, I think it really depends on their condition.  I've purchased some with serious flocking issues for a few dollars.  I bought my SS Sundance for $4 - her flocking has turned from white to an almost yellow but other than that, she was in great condition!   

I think it comes down to patience... I've got some absolutely AMAZING deals and I've also had some experience where I've had a serious case of buyer's remorse (from overpaying because I just HAD to have it NOW)!
