I echo this question.  I'd LOVE to join but also want to know more re: the spending minimum.  I also vote for after the holidays, although I think that decision has already been made.

So... I know there are going to be several holiday swaps, but I have seen more than one person write "the" holiday swap.  Is there something I'm missing?  The Big Kahuna Holiday Swap?

Count me as one of those who is kinda interested, but don't think I have that many pegs on my wish list...

Would we be able to count ponies like Flutters, Windy Wings, Breezies, etc.? Or just pegs?

Any pony with wings would be counted for the Pegasus swap!!  This includes Summer/Windy wings, Flutters, Breezies, G3 fabric wings, G4 Talking Celestia etc!! 
Of course you can include non-pegs on your want list, but the aim is to swap winged ponies.

Definitely after the holidays! I'd certainly join them. I'd love to see if I can get some flutters to complete my set. Those would be top priority. Unfortunately, I need two more wingers and one of them, Starry Wings, is super expensive! But she's so lovely at the same time. I'll get her someday. I just love yellow ponies with pink (or red!) hair.

I love the idea, but I think I'm going to be too busy with all the holiday swaps (the advent swap is intense!).  If you do one at another time in the year, I would be in!
