Since this has been bumped, can I ask what exactly happens if a buyer presses "buy it now?" Does one need Paypal to use it? Is there an information thread that answers all my stupid questions and I just couldn't find it? (or it's right in front of my face and I just ignored it!  )

Paypal will depend on the seller. If they linked their Paypal account into the ad, then you'll be taken to the Paypal page when you click the BIN button. If they didn't, you get in contact with them via PM and make the payment arrangements.

It doesn't seem you can tell the difference (Paypal or not) from the ad itself, so you might need to get in contact and ask.

I'm not sure if everyone is using the Paypal function if they tend to ship internationally and have to make the shipping calculations for each country.
