So I have been going to my local Target and I haven't found anything yet. I know that it is early in the release but I want to make sure I am looking in the right spot. Are the ponies located with the G4 ponies? Or are they located somewhere else in the toy section?

I think it's different at every Target store. The first store I went to had them on end end-cap and the other store put them with the rest of the ponies. I've heard of them being with some other toys as well.

The store I found them at had them on the endcap with the retro Care Bears and random other toys.

I think every store is placing them somewhere different. Someone said they found them with the Shopkins toys.

When I gave a Target worker the Target # they said that it was on an endcap, but they have yet to redo the endcaps at my local store. I've been just weaving through the whole toy section in case it gets put elsewhere.

I believe most stores are putting them on and end cap with various other Retro toys and games, that's where they were at my local Target.

I have never found any of these despite several Targets.
Everywhere I went, I always had them look it up on their device, to see that it was sold out. If it is so early in the release (which I believe is true) are they going to restock these? I really want at least 1 for myself & I want to find it IN IN a store. I want that experience of going into a big retail store and buying a G1 pony. I think it would be really amazing to do that...so hopefully they restock as I also comb the shelves thinking they could be in an unusual area.

gosh that would be awesome, me too but i live in New Zealand and we don't have a Target here :sad:

Mine were on an end cap with all retro toys: care bear, strawberry shortcake, stretch Armstrong, etc.

They are on an end cap with other retro toys like strawberry shortcake and Care Bears at mine. (There were also board games on the end cap)

They may have only gotten one set initially, but my local Targets are definitely restocking them. As long as they keep selling, they will probably get restocked.

Oh, wow! Your store has retro ponies AND retro Care Bears? So lucky! Care Bears are another of my collecting passions. Would get such a thrill out of seeing them on shelves again at my local shops :)

Someone posted in the original retro thread that someone on social media responded to inquiries noting that they will try to get more sets out. If your area had any in the first place, they may be getting them back in. I'll have to stop by my local one to see if they got any new ones after I emptied their stock.

Yes, the Cheer Bear and Share Bear plushes are already out.
