Q about Italian Gusty's size *pictures added*
« on: May 15, 2014, 11:21:52 PM »
For the first time i arranged my Gustys in a row and noticed that the Italian is very much smaller than the others...almost like a Brazil in her kind of being a dwarf. I have UK versions as well as HK, and there seems no size difference between those two. Italian G is not hard, so I don't believe her plasticizer has leaked. Any ideas?

The Italian ponies are a little smaller than the HK ponies ;) Some poses you notice it more than others.

Some other countries have slightly smaller ponies too, I know my brazil Starshine is very petite compared to my others.

That's actually one of the reasons I love the Brazil ponies so much...their diminutive size and lovely coloring...plus that HAIR! There's nothing like it :)

Hehe I spy you have Brazil Bubbles for your avatar.

The French Pegasus ponies seem small too.

Braxil Bubbles is a cutie, isn't she? She is presently being rehaired by the fabulous Mikeysgrrrl...Bubbles was completely bald like that when I got her, and she's absolutely minty otherwise, so I'm having her rehaired with a color as close to the original as possible :)

That was something I wanted to ask as well...how would you mark her as a rehair? I don't want to mark the bottoms of her hoof because she doesn't have a blemish on her and I don't want to add one. Is there another way of permanently marking her that you know of?

You could mark her neck plug?

But then again it would relay on someone popping her head off and then it will be obvious she's a rehair from just looking inside ;)

I know the legs on that shape are further apart in the middle on the Italians so they stand a little lower down

Thank you Gypsy! I looked at that, and you're right, but this whole Gusty is teenier...I'll post a pic so y'all can see her in her itty bittiness :)
