Italian Peachy with weird hair color

I've never seen a Peachy with this hair color before. Search for "mon petit poney my little pony orange 1982 Italy" on ebay.

It doesn't look like a rehair to me. Is it perhaps discolored?

Ooh, I've also never seen her with that colour hair before. But it could be possible for it to have just faded somehow?
Either way, I think she looks so cute with this lighter hair colour. I have a thing for Italy Peachy's. She's so pretty!

Maybe shes a more faded version of the lighter hair version as Iv got two slightly different Italy Peachys, one has lighter hair & symbols and no pat pend!?

I looked at some of the person's other auctions and they looked off in color to me as well, so perhaps it's the camera messing with the colors?
