Rossmann (at Hessisch Oldendorf / Niedersachsen) :) They have been found there while ago in southern germany if I remember right but not in my area. Yesterday I finally found them here!

Found them at Penny today too, they also had chocolate bars with MLP design <3 very cute, didnt buy those though.
