PC for Italy Heart Throb please

Recently this little lady has caught my eye so I'd love to know a PC on her. I will be actively hunting for one (so if you have any for sale please feel free to PM me ). There's one on eBay right now, she looks really nice but she's listed at around $30. I want to know if that's normal for her or high?

I bought mine on ebay about 6 months ago and she was somewhere between $16-$18+ shipping, she's in really minty condition too with original curls.
