I bought two ponies from her and have not heard back from her for almost a week now. No ponies in the mail and she has not checked my messages either. She does have good feedback. Just wondering if anyone has heard from her?

Sometimes real life happens Your seller should have let you know on the delay in shipping. But I would be tempted to try and get to the bottom of the reason for the delay in shipping rather than just jump to poor feedback. If you get your ponies and they are in promised condition then your seller  has come through. I completely agree a lack of communication is not on but sometimes I think we forget that most of us are just hobby sellers with things that happen in real life. Just my personal opinion on it.

Oh I know, totally understand. I did sent a message asking if everything is ok. I still have not heard anything back.

If she had replied it would have helped ease your mind with this transaction - she should have let you know if there was going to be a delay in shipping your ponies. I hope that she is ok. Maybe she is just busy or dealing with real life stuff and will apologise /explain more soon. Its good to know your ponies have been posted though

She did get back to me about the ponies. Everything is taken care of and the ponies should be out in the mail soon.

I got the ponies today in the mail. She did not have to at all but she put in three baby ponies. I sent her a message thanking her but also she did not have to do that.  I hope things are getting better for her!
