mul-ta bought a few of my G1 ponies from me after seeing them on Bonanza. We quickly settled on a price for them and I shipped them out....only to discover that I mixed up two packages between two different arena members. mul-ta was very understanding about the situation, and she and the other arena member were willing to ship the ponies out to each other directly, rather than shipping them to me so I could reship them to their final destinations. Every step of the way, (deciding on sales prices, sending payment, letting me know when the (incorrect) ponies arrived, sending out the ponies to the other arena member and letting me know when the correct ponies arrived), mul-ta was very friendly in her pms and had very quick communication with me. Highly recommended to all!
