I hate the G3 brushes. They're so chunky and awkward and not really good for getting out any knots. I always go to my G1 combs if I need to brush some hair.

Maybe it would be fun if the Arena holds a large trade-only event and everyone posts what they have for trade on one thread.

Could oxyclean treatments have caused this? They seemed to be fairly common way to deal with dirty ponies.

In this case, I did not use oxyclean on this pony.

But I'm glad I'm not the only one who has had this happen.

So I just dropped a good amount of money on this Star Hopper. Her hair was a little messy, so I washed and conditioned it. With conditioner in, I combed through it and the hair just began to fall apart. It was practically disintegrating in my hands. I have never seen pony hair do this. Even after the hair had dried again, the tail especially continued fall apart.

Here is how much of the tail was left before I decided to cut it all off because it was shedding everywhere. I didn't want or plan to rehair this pony, but she's getting a rehair now.

Has anyone else experienced such a thing? I had never seen anything like this.
