Is dollyhair reliable again?

I found her to be reliable until August when 3 hanks in my order were missing and I couldn't get with her in contact since then. I purchased hair vith a value over 50$ and was asked to pay for shipping. These problems couldn't have been solved by now. This is not reliable in my eyes. But great you all are lucky at this moment.

Is there anybody who I can send some money in the future to order for me instead by myself? Maybe it would take longer than usual but who cares? Maybe an admin? *puppy doggy eyes*

I had a smaller order get shorted at the beginning of this month - I was missing two out of four hanks.  HALF AN ORDER.  I've emailed her twice now with no response.  I've had similar problems in the past (only twice, and the last time was over a year ago) that were always very quickly resolved, but this time I've received nothing.  It's now nearly 3 weeks since I received the order and initially emailed her, and I've since opened a paypal claim.  Her shopping cart processor denied the claim with "We've passed on your comments.  Please contact the site owner directly using her website."  I replied that she now has 3 days to either get me those hanks or refund me before I escalate the claim, and emailed her a THIRD time to try to get this resolved.

UPDATE:  Finally got a reply letting me know she's not been on top of her emails lately, apologies galore, and replacement hanks are on their way.

I received my hair yesterday without any problems! I'm sorry some of you have had issues. I've always been lucky as my hair has arrived within a week or so and has been correct so I'm happy!

Yup, I've never had problems like this before, so I'll definitely keep ordering stuff

I've never had any problems, but my last order was done on the 10th, I asked on the order form to be notified when it was shipped. She emailed straight away saying it would be posted no later than the 13th, and i still haven't received it. Previous orders have taken about 10 to 12 days from order date, I'm at 17 now so starting to get a bit worried... Hopefully it comes on Monday

I love ordering the blind bags of hair, you just never know what you're going to end up with lol. I have gotten the thermal color changing hair in a blind bag from her before The only thing I wish she would do differently is label what colors are in the bags so that you know what they are lol.
To me it looks like you got:
Raspberry/Nymph Blend (pink/green)
Frivolous (Green)
Possibly Atomic Turquoise and Chocolate Pudding (blue/brown)
I have that yellow but there's no label

I think it would be a nice color on AJ, perhaps slightly more vibrant than AJ regular yellow, but I still think it would look lovely
