I stumbled across these BJD's on deviantart and instantly fell in love! You can buy one from $330 up I think. The order form gives you all sorts of options for shape, colour and size. I don't want much for them - I'd just like them to go to a good home. I little while ago I contacted nhal039 about some ponies she was selling and she requested a custom pony as a trade. She told me about her awesome goal - to have an element custom each from a different customiser! As I was the first, she let me choose. I thought "why not pick wind?" it's a little different and a bit of a challenge  Anyway, here are some photos of the girl I made. She was airbrushed in several colours, rehaired with dollyhair in numerous shades of white and has transparent wings (made using popgirl's tutorial). Hello all, Recently I had the fortune to do a custom swap with Pandabear_chan and her custom has now arrived! First off I'll just say that Pandabear_chan is such a wonderful person to work with - she's always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I had a great time doing this swap! Pandabear requested a pony with a scene of New York at sunset. I airbrushed her to get the gradients, painted the city scene and used some glow in the dark paint so that the skyline shows in the dark. Hello all! This little one has been sitting around for months waiting to be finished off. I finally got some time in between working on another custom to add the final touches. Star Flower was originally a Summer Wing Sky Dancer with lots of issues including missing wings, cut hair, pin marks on her body and uneven body colour. She has an airbrushed gradient of purple and blue with a pearly overlay. Her wings are printed transparency film with angelina film in the middle, gallery glass and microbeads. Her hair is a combination of amethyst, forget-me-knot, after midnight and moonlight. She is for sale if anyone is interested. Well it's been a bit of a dry spell for me lately but I've finally had time to make a new custom. Ariella was inspired by fairies, Pop-girl's wing tutorial and the pearly finish on some G1 ponies. She was airbrushed with four different colours and a pearly overlay (pearlescent medium) . Her symbols and eyes were handpainted with metalic paints and her hair is dollyhair fairy's breath, amethyst and forget-me-knot, blended with moonlight. Her wings were made using Pop-girl's wing tutorial (made using transparency film, angelina film, microbeads and gallery glass). Hey guys, I know I haven't commented much around on the customs forum much lately, but I've been lurking and enjoying all the wonderful customs people have been posting (particularly the lolita swap customs!). Part of the reason I haven't been around is due to work and commissions... This is 'Rosalind Rousseau', a Vampire custom commissioned by a member from Deviantart. I've never created a gothic type custom before so I was quite pleased with the results. She features a sculpted corset (inspired by Darkhorse's amazing corset customs), nylon dollyhair in virgin snow, black magic and various shades of red, diamontes and a hand-made skirt. The photos don't show it very well - but she has a red bite mark, bloody fangs and red eyeshadow around her eyes. What do you think? I've recently upgraded my Argentina Alitas Whirly to a mint one so am offering my other one up for sale. She's not worth as much as a mint one obviously but she is still really cute! I live in Australia so I'll try to keep postage costs as low as possible Condition: she's in good shape with a perfect body (no bites, marks, mould, scratches etc.), eyes are great with no scratches etc., symbols on NDS are perfect but she does have a rub to her DS symbol. Her mane appears to have no cuts - it's short but the same length as all my other Argie Alitas, however she is missing the last few plugs at the base of her neck and her hair is a little brittle. Her tail has been cut but is still thick and full of hair. She has no wings but she does look really good with some repro wings (she won't come with them as I am using them on my wingless Argie Cool Breeze). I'm not expecting a lot of money for her - I just want her to go to a new home where she will be loved!
