Found A Paradise estate on Craigslist - was it a steel?

I found a paradise estate on Craigslist. They wanted $200 for it which I thought was very cheap with the box and 99% complete accessories. I had my dad pick it up for me he happened to be driving through Denver Colorado at the time he's a truck driver. He brought it to me this morning and it's beautiful. None of it is yellowed none of it is damaged. Was $200 a good price?
