Last month I ordered a toy (non-pony) from ebay and had it delivered to my boyfriend's house. After Christmas it went out for delivery several times before returning to the sender. The tracking number is here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=9400108205496057041595%2C&tABt=false Our zip code is 34953, it seems like they went to the right zip then it got forwarded? On ebay, the last update says "missent" ): This is the usual address and many things have been delivered to it before, so I do not think I got the address wrong. I filed a didn't receive item claim on ebay and the seller said she used my address given to her on ebay and would either refund me the cost minus the shipping or resend it if I paid for shipping again. The previous times that I did not receive my ebay purchases, I got a full refund. Is it standard to get a partial refund? To be honest I still want the item because I'd been looking for it for a while  Would like some advice on how to proceed! Thank you

I'm trying to buy hair for my first custom, what dollyhair colors would be a good match for her? I'd like her hair to match the rainbow on her wings and I've been having trouble matching the colors without seeing them in real life. If mlp hair was sold at the upcoming Pony Fair I might pick up hair there instead Pink: Tea rose? (might be too warm) Candy Kiss? (cool pink, but probably too dark) Yellow: Lemonade? I've recently acquired an EU Baby Starbow recently, and I was really intrigued by the differences between her and her US counterpart! Aside from the hair color difference, US Starbow seems to be made of a more translucent plastic (which I find discolors quite easily - can it be sunfaded?), while EU Starbow is made of a very opaque and bright white plastic. US Starbow's symbol is quite light compared to EU Starbow's very vibrant symbol, but that might just be fading on my US Starbow (can anyone confirm?). I received a Baby Moondancer today from ebay, that was surprisingly brown. I couldn't quite tell from photos, I thought she was just a little yellow  She's in good condition other than being brown, with some dark splotches here and there (pic 2) visitors can't see pics , please register or loginvisitors can't see pics , please register or loginShe is about the same color on the inside, and there's no mold or tail rust. What should be the course of action? Bleach, Oxyclean, sunfading? I don't mind dumping her in oxyclean, she doesn't have too much glitter left on her symbols anyway. I might try that and see how she looks tomorrow.
