Title: G4 Hair Won't Retain Dye?
Post by: Leave a Whisper on January 06, 2020, 09:14:34 AM
I tried dyeing a Flip n Flow Twilight Sparkle with Rit Dye More. The first time I forgot to use a color fixer. Soaked it up. Left it in. Washed right out. The second time I used salt and vinegar. Soaked it up. Left it in. Washed right out.

Am I the only one who is having trouble with G4 hair? This didn't happen to any of my re-pinked G1s and G3s.

It's possible it isn't nylon anymore.  Other synthetics are cheaper to use and non-porous.  And would explain how crap the quality of G4 hair in general is.

I think that would make sense, even rinsed out and conditioned the hair just isn't the same.
