I just stumbled upon this on ebay, are there any other cute llama or alpaca brand lines that make cute things like it? does anyone have any of these plushies, and are they good quality?

i scored 2 puzzles at a thrift shop for 25 cents each, but they're both missing a piece or two :(

i am almost done making mine, its taken me a while because i took a few days off from it, and have been working. only been able to work on it at night after work. it took me 4 days to hammer it with a spoon so far, then i drilled a hole in the center, and now i am currently filing it down. this is what i got so far!

i need to file it down some more because its a present for my boyfriend. its going to be polished up and engraved when its finished! :)

my brother LOVES the lego figures. i get him blind bags when i have the extra money, but he's spent $60+ on one lego set, just for the figures inside. i was like "OHMYGOSH!" when i saw how much he paid for the lord of the rings one. all he wants is the figures inside, he couldn't care less about the legos themselves. he's got tons!

i don't have a picture yet, but here's a video of some that someone else made

i'll be sure to post pics of mine when its finished :)
it takes a while because i'm doing the spoon method. you hammer the edges down with a spoon. its a long process, but its starting to shape the ring finally

neat video below!

Off Topic / Coin rings, anyone ever finished making one? Pics? :D
« on: May 07, 2013, 06:22:17 PM »
I'm currently in the process of making one from a 1964 silver quarter, but also got a 50 cent piece and a gold dollar from the bank, to try to make into rings also. has anyone on here made a coin ring before? do you have pics?
