CoroCoro leaks came out today:

Spoiler
They reveal Alola Grimer, a Poison/Dark typing.

Yeah, that's really it.

I'm really quite disappointed with this. It was easy to appreciate the Alola forms revealed earlier despite being all Gen I because they really went out of their way to alter their typings and designs to something new and inventive (think Ninetales and Marowak).

With Alola Grimer, they did neither of those things, and are STILL keeping to Gen I. How many Dark Alola forms do we have now? The Dark typing does nothing for Grimer, and the design is hardly altered at all.

It feels as if Alola forms have been put on an assembly line that stamps a 'Dark' typing on them now.

Ugh!

Spoiler
I'm convinced all the Gen 1 Pokemon will have Alola forms because everyone loves and adores and worships Gen 1.

I know I sound like a broken record, or that I'm "hating" on Gen 1 (I don't hate Gen 1), but seriously, who asked for this? Who wanted this? They went out of their way to do something different with Pokemon but are limiting it to one generation? Especially when we already had Mega Evolution, which they're clearly ignoring even exists at this point. I'll be surprised if we get any Mega Evolution reveals at all.

I agree though, at least the earlier Alola form reveals were interesting.

REALLY?! D:<
Spoiler
This Alolan form is to me lazy... they just took a Shiny Grimer made it eat mustard and put teeth on it. I've been loving most of these new forms but this? No... Only thing it has going for it is that its now a dark and poison type.

I love that new dragon Pokémon!!!!!! Kommo-o I think its name was!? Freaking sick omg!  :P

That chimera Pokémon looks so weird xD

I love all the cute little pixie like Pokémon in this series so far!!!!! The fly final evo and skinny nymph pokemons are adorable!!!

Alolan muk was a surprise for me.....it looks like some radioactive sand art got loose from the jar! Why isnt arent otjer generation pokemons getting these weird Island forms!? There are tons of marine Pokémon in Gen 3 that would be good canidates for Alolan makeovers!

For anyone thinking Alolan Grimer/Muk is a lazy, hot mess, meet Alolan Dugtrio...

I haven't see all the Alolan forms yet, but they seem to be getting worse and worse. Losing hope for my ghosty Paras/ect (already given up hope on other generations being included, so I won't bring that up).

Has anyone been able to download the demo yet?  I checked this morning and it said "coming soon to Nintendo eShop" but it's supposed to be available for download today.

Yeah... I saw Alolan Dugtrio and I'm like... what? It looks like they stuck wigs on it... What is the significance of that?

So many of these new Pokemon and new forms are just so  inducing. It's like they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Nevermind.  I got it around 10 am and played it on my lunch break.

Spoiler
I don't know how I feel about having to use the joystick to move instead of the t-pad.  It'll just be an adjustment, I think.  But seriously, the way some of team Skull moves makes me laugh.
