I'm not sure if the photos will work since Flickr seems to have gotten worse, but these are my favorites. I have a G4 blind bag Minty with a super misprinted eye and a G1 Twirler with a symbol that was printed super low. Misprints are my absolute favorite and I really want to track down more of them. Someone had a MIB G3 Rainbow Dash years ago that they messaged me about, but I couldn't afford her at the time. Its a shame everything is on FB/Instagram now. There's a real lack of community, discussion, and cohesion on those sites. They're just not designed for it. At least TheDollyNews seems pretty useful. Wow, I had no idea the MH Arena was still around! I left that forum years ago because it seemed like every thread was just a competition to spend more money. It does feel like there's less of a 'central' area for dolly news these days... or maybe it just feels like that to me because most of the dolls I used to collect are long gone.  I think you might be on to something. All my favorite lines, like Cutie Pops and Liv, were discontinued soooo long ago. A lot of current lines seems super cheap and unappealing to me. RequiemArt reviewed some Rainbow High dolls and tbh that's the only reason I'm getting back into playline.

I was an avid reader of Toybox Philosopher for years and combined with Tumblr and the Arena, I knew pretty much everything going on in the doll world. I haven't been active for a couple years, TBP is over, and I don't use Tumblr anymore. Every time I walk down the toy aisles I have absolutely no clue what's going or or what stuff is good quality. Are there any dependable places for collectors to get news these days?

When I got my only Taeyang in 2009, his foot was broken out of the box. At this point I may just try selling him if I can figure out where to do it; eBay prices are ridiculous and all of the old Pullip forums I used to frequent seem to be gone.
I would love to rebody my Ala but last time I tried there weren't any bodies that match her skintone. Its a beautiful color but makes me so paranoid about damaging her fragile body.

Diversity, inclusion, and activism and are very important, powerful things but I do not trust Hasbro to handle them even kind of well. I wasn't looking forward to G5 and this just feels like another reason to avoid it, honestly.

I was just looking at Pullipstyle the other day. I would still love to get Akemi, but I just can't justify the price of Pullips anymore. The quality just isn't there. Its a shame because Pullips were my favorite dolls for so many years.

I haven't seen the video, is the project in trouble? What did it say?
I have a handful of HQG1C ponies and they're all absolutely beautiful. My only thing is that while I'd love to support the project and buy more, the ponies are very expensive. I 100% understand why but it makes it hard to buy them just to be supportive. I have to really love them and unfortunately not all of the ponies appeal to me.

I hate photobucket. It always crashes my browser and the ads are long and intolerable.
I would recommend https://flickr.com/ It also is now limited (used to be free and unlimited) but it will get the job done. Easy to make a "sale" folder. Easy to change photos from "private" to "public" or "view by friends only" if you like.
I thought Flickr had a rule that you can't advertise anything for sale on the site? Did that change?
I have Flickr Pro but haven't been active in ages. I just remember all the doll people I followed a couple of years ago labeling sale items as "for adoption" to avoid the rules.

I love the way Argies smell and they all smell the same (at least the 7 I have do). It smells faintly of soap but there's more to it. I'm not sure I know what normal G1 smell is. I'll have to sniff some ponies...
I'm the same with Italian ponies! My Italian Peachy is my favorite partially because she just smells so nice. I can't even describe it, I just know I love it haha.

To me, it depends on a pony. Army of Peachy . . . This pony is so plentiful that there will still be plenty on the market. Army of G2 Nosy & Click, who were ONLY released with the French G2 comic and are very rare . . . Yeah, IMO that would be selfish. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is basically how I feel about it. I wouldn't be like, mad or treat someone poorly over it of course. As long as its a legitimate army and not like, spite collecting I'd just shake my head and move on.

Did you get your lot Taxel? I'm rooting for you to get a proper set - or if not the full set pictured, at least the two conerned ponies pictured 
I actually got it a couple of days ago! I got the giant purple Concerned Pony and the full set of the little ones - orange & blue Concerned Ponies plus the two bug-eyed weirdos. A few of them were a little dirty but overall they're all in great condition. The big purple one can't stand right but honestly, I think it's hilarious.

I can't take pictures at work but I bought a Basic Fun Seashell specifically to display on my desk. I even took out the poster and pinned it up on my cubicle wall for a while.
Sadly a lot of problems came up with personal stuff on the desks so Seashell (and a handful of other toys) had to come home. All that's left at work is a Funko Spongebob.
