Favorite My Little Pony songs

I tend to favor 'I'll go it alone' because it's irritatingly catchy, and Call Upon the SeaPonies because its so dang catchy

From G1 my favorites are Call Upon the Sea Ponies, Bright Lights and the MLP and friends opening theme.

From FIM I love the Smile Song, Pinkie's Lament, Make a Wish and Hearts as Strong as Horses, although the whole series is full of lovely songs.

I'm a big fan of the Moochick's "Somewhere there's a little piece of rainbow". I can sing the whole thing, from memory. I am greatly displeased that they haven't restored it to the videos they keep releasing. Gimme my Moochick!

Aww, I can't really remember any of the G1 songs, since it's already more than a half of my life since I last saw the show. But I watched some of the G3 shows lately and I really adore the "Two For The Sky" song, it's so sweet and cheerful it makes me smile anytime I hear it! <3

Ooh, I'm glad you mentioned that. I agree there, along with Call Upon the Sea Ponies and Nothing Can Stop the Smooze, for classic songs.

FiM is just too hard to pick, especially since most of the songs from Rainbow Rocks are so good!

Ahhh I love so many of the G1 songs, so this is hard I think my absolute favourites would have to be "Call Upon the Sea Ponies" and "The Flim Flam Brothers".

I also love "Stretch Yourself" (both versions), "We Are The Flutter Ponies", "Sweet Music", "This Day Aria" and "Smile Song" Ooh, and "Nothing Says Christmas Like A Pair of Socks"!

I'd enjoy having MLP songs on my iPod.   How did you convert the songs to a format that would play on your iPod?  I'm enjoying reading what everyone's favorite songs are. Some of them I'd forgotten about. 

I thought it was funny at the end of the Magic Coins song in the desert Spike said "Now we're tired and thirsty."
