Title: How do I offer free shipping on eBay?

I feel like either I'm blind or they are hiding it on purpose...

It is usually an option on the right side of the screen when it comes to adding the cost of shipping? eBay usually nags me to do free shipping.

It's listed in other options, but it always picks buyer pays as a default.

I found it and figured out what to select so I can print my own labels.
